Bruder

Bruder is a unique hybrid of restaurant and bar. Bruder is radical, local, seasonal and revolves around the central theme of fermentation. Developed and led by four close friends, one of whom I have the honor to be, it is currently considered the hippest thing Viennas culinary landscape has to offer.
